‘08 Credit Card Authorization Form

Please download your entry form and credit card authorization form, print your information clearly, fax both forms and follow up with a phone call for confirmation, 20x20's are limited, all electricity must be pre-paid. You must pick up your registration package, passes, or sponsor media packages by 11 am on day of show (Sunday, Nov. 23)

Registration office will close at 11am on the day of the show, please pick up your pre-registration welcome packet before 11am, you will not be able to recover your package after this time.
